Useful, but a little long in places.
very clear and understanding
Some of the videos were a little long and some times boring, which lead to not gaining full attentions.
with all levels up max sound quality very low in volume.content could be refreshed year on year to help keep fresh for repeat users.
good that it can be done and not having to loose time sitting in classrooms to do the course.
Logical and straightforward course giving a good overview of fire safety and responsibilities. The sound on some of the videos is a little low so you have to keep adjusting your volume.
course seems to cover quite a wide area of knowledge, but does freeze occasionally which is slightly annoying especially when you take the test and it does it
A very good course to undertake albeit you need to be undisturbed as it does tend to last a fair while.
