as a company trainer i found this on line training excellent. it was slow talking..(as some talk to fast) easy to understand no jargon talk.
the course although generic did provide an explanatory guide to fire & fire wardens in care homes having the test at the end keeps you alert & focused on the dialogue & information given or risk poor results.
It is easy and simple language used and good examples shown.

Having just started a new job i was keen to update my Fire Marshal / Warden certificate . Not to sure which one would be suitable for my work needs i contacted the company MNA , and was delighted with the expert advice given by both Robyn and Kath .They covered every related course and found the rightful care one for me.Would have no hesitation in recommending MNA and will be back on to them in the near future regarding further courses.yours thankfullyFire Warden Brown
