Good to learn from

The course is informative and important to all staff.

Was very good and easy to understand

Very informative and educational. the human behaviour section is very interesting

I found the training helpful but also raised a few questions that the course could not answer. It would be useful to have training with a tutor within a group setting so I could have raised my concerns that fit within my workplace as a independent living accommodation as a warden.

I did not like that in the test as soon as you clicked the answer it was submitted.

Liked the way it was split up into short sections and the summary section at the end of each video was very helpful.

Great training course, very easy to follow, explained very well and I came away from the training course with lots more knowledge and understanding. I now feel more confident in the subject.
