Video repeatedly freezing . I have a good wifi connection so not sure why. Although I cld read the transcript, i could not fast forward the video so this took AGES to complete. Infuriating!

Not sure the detail on convention / conduction is needed for just basic fire warden duties. Maybe just focus on what to do? Overall, really good and highly recommend this course. Did take longer to do than time slots suggested so I rushed a bit at the end. Thank you.
