Clear, concise & easy to follow & understand
The course was all it needed to be, informative, engaging, thorough and at no point was I made to feel bored or patronised.
The course was well planned, much of the information I thought I already knew, that and the parts that were new to me, were presented in a very clear and thought provoking way, making it more likely I would remember. One criticism, the chance to correct the answer, even if only for a few seconds, would be nice, as I accidentally touched my key pad while the curser was in the wrong place therefore choosing the wrong answer!
