EXcellent course

Very thorough and detailed course, covering all aspects and giving so much detail and information on every element of Fire Training. A comprehensive course which took me through everything there is to know about Fire and how to competently tackle fires.

Great course, engaging and very well presented

Too lengthy with information that is just not needed to stay safe in a fire

I find this information far too in depth, too technical and unnecessary for the general staff. There is also contradictory information. At one point it says when you hear the fire alarm leave the building by the most direct and safe route and then we have a whole section about which fire extinguisher to use. Surely we should be leaving the building as quickly as possible. Even if I could remember all of that information now, which I can't as it's a lot, I won't remember it in six months time. The risk is greater that I would use the wrong one, especially if it was a real fire and I was panicking. In addition, there are always a few questions which are worded different to the information on the slides and unless you have a science background it's not easy to understand. In short, this is way too in depth for general staff .

Very useful and a great reminder, very well put together.

Everything was very thorough, apart from the "daily duties" of a fire warden, which could have used more detail

Just one question When alarm sounds and you evacuate your staff area, How would you know you are evacuating into a non fire zone and putting your staff area in danger
