a good course
I found the course to be very up to date, as you'd expect, and comprehensively dealt with all aspects of situations you could meet as a fire warden. I have completed a lot of fire training over the years and, short of providing practical firefighting experience with extinguishers, this course was as good as any for being easy to watch and listen to and being clear and informative about the subject.
This was clear and easy to understand
I am not sure how to get a certificate however

Clear, easy to understand instructions
The course was easy to follow. The demonstrations were very helpful. I would have liked more explanation on why the water mist extinguisher CAN be used for electrical fires.

Great course
It's always good to refresh my knowledge when it comes to fiire safety. I'm always getting mixed up with the colours of fire extinguishers
