I chose online learning for our organisation for the first time this year (having had in-house training in the past) for a couple of reasons – price, accessibility and format of training. Having ran through a couple of examples with various companies I chose iHASCO as although it was lengthy (as most of them are) it was thorough and easy to understand. The presenters in the video were professional and clear and I liked the fact that they changed throughout the course – this helped to keep you focused. I was introduced to my account manager (Zoe) who went through everything with me on the platform (which is easy to navigate) and she was very friendly and patient. Love the fact I receive emails for free courses that I can offer to our employees. Would highly recommend.

This course is a life saver for anyone who is a beginner and has not had to deal will fires. The course covers every important part in detail. It gives a good insight for anyone with sight or hearing problems. This also shows what to do in a fire situation. It was amazing to hear that people can ignore a real fire drill thinking that it is a practise one and nothing to worry about. However that is were it is most important, you must always pay attention to the fire alarm.
