Enjoyed the course. Very informative on current procedures especially on the different extinguishers and how to use them. Was shocked at the videos of peoples inaction after a fire alarm had gone off.

I really enjoyed this course, as it provides us with very useful information we all need to know! besides that I like the practical test, as it gives the person an opportunity to test how well he/she understood the material.
The course was split up into manageable chunks and each section had a helpful summary.

Delivered in bitesize chunks in a comprehensive way. Handy that you can go back to a subject matter to check something you may have missed.
I had to complete this course over several weeks due to not having much spare time in my working days. It was too long and much less engaging than courses I have done in the past for other organisations.
