Presentation was clear. Largely questions in test were sensible although there was one asking how many serious fires there are in schools in the UK per year. This is a poor question because a) it is irrelevant to how you act in the case of a fire and b) different sources say different numbers (presumably as the word serious is undefined). Other training providers are more text based which has the advantage of allowing the trainee to go at their own pace and therefore focus on the areas that they need.
A very informative training course , very long so the areas i felt that i knew really well ,i was tempted to skip . In a school ,was hard to listen to course without any interruptions . so took a lot longer . Maybe going forward , we could do a mock test and then just revisit , parts we failed on . i was very surprise on how much i did remember , so must be working .
The course in its self is informative and comprehensive, some allowance should be made for those who have also undertaken Fire Awareness training too. There is duplication which makes for a longer time spent completing the two courses.
The course focused on practical information for staff in a school invironment.
