Not all fires are started electrically, or from an electrical appliance as said near the beginning of the video. (Chemicals can mix, explode to create fires. A stone in someone's boot can create a spark in a gas filled room.)
I find the A-F classification of fire an obstacle to knowing the type of extinguisher to use on which fire and is superfluous. There were two types of fire extinguishers I had not heard of "Fine Mist extinguisher"
