I found the course very informative and very enlightening, the course has give me a good and extensive knowledge of all the requirements regarding fire extinguishers and there uses.

The different fire types and different fire extinguishers are clearly very important to align, however there's no way that someone like me is going to learn them all off by heart and retain that information (not least because I work from home). I think the focus of this course should be on understanding that there are different fires, the importance of using the right extinguisher on them and why that is, and how to identify the right fire and the right extinguisher (e.g. understanding the symbols). This would be a much more realistic thing to test people on than a spot test on which extinguisher does what without being able to see it. Hope this is helpful! Sarah
