Interesting and easy to follow videos. Lots of information given in an easy to understand format.

The coarse was very good. I am not sure I would tackle a fire myself but at least I know what to do if I felt I could at the time but more importantly to make sure my colleagues and myself vacate the building no matter what.

I think that the safety fire awareness coarse is so important and all people should be aware of the dangers of fire in place
