The course was pitched at the right level and the questions in between sections were very useful for reinforcing key concepts.

Overall the training is easy to follow, comprehensive and engaging. My only comment is that after the video, you have to click next and press play on the video. I suppose it does keep you more awake, but it also disrupts the flow a bit.

Great training, very informative and a good refresher for me as it has been sometime since I did any fire safety training. My only gripe was that the slides to a while to load, as connection kept getting dropped, but that may have been at my end rather than the training system.

Much easier to follow, the course gives you quick questions between keeping you alert throughout. It was to the point without the unnecessary babble between. I felt the course was created for a adult and not for someone with learning disabilities.

All that is needed to keep us safe with issues regarding fires.

Excellent basic course that clearly presents the information and reinforces the learning with useful suggestions on how to remember what's been taught. I found it to be much more informative than other fire awareness courses I have taken. Excellent.

I really felt that I had learned something from this course. Over the years I have completed various courses in fire safety and thought this was the best one that I had done. The explanation re the fire extinguishers was particularly good and I felt the whole course was clear and thorough.
