Found the course very easy to take part, listen and understand. Regular tests whilst completing the course, to help you consider the bigger picture and why. Explaining the use of the different fire extinguishers and why and what you must NOT use them on, with reasons given. I found this section a very useful tool to have. Lastly the test.

really detailed made you think about what to do than the obvious things and what bits tackle what sort of fire.
I found this course extremely handy as not only was it easy to follow, but it also covered all relevant points efficiently and has left me much more confident on my fire safety knowledge
The course was very informative, clear and broken down into appropriate size videos/sections. I thoroughly enjoyed the process and realise how vital this information is for everyone in every setting. Prevention being the key word for me.

I was surprised that there was no mention of combustible cladding. The Grenfell tragedy / scandal has made us all aware that there may be hidden dangers present in our buildings.
