Very well presented course in very easy to understand blocks. Very nice to see training about how to use a fire blanket properly - never seen that before!

Good refreshers may be necessary on the types of extinguishers and their uses, as in an emergency, with thankfully lack of use, you may panic and mistakenly use the wrong one - but it is good to note if you are not confident to use, then get out and leave it for someone else, IS the best policy.
