It covered the topic well, it was easy to understand. Wasn't too long and was well set out
Knowledge from this training is applicable in the workplace but also in my personal life.
Good training session, although the speech was a little out of sync in places and also froze for a split second on a couple of occasions. Was still able to understand and carry on though.many thanks
