Would be better to be have the option of reading the transcript and moving on without having to play the video. Videos are not required to learn facts - they can be just as easily learnt from the transcript and it would be quicker and then people would be more willing to do the training course

This course is well structured and gives the instruction in an informative, digestible and engaging way.

Very well explained in easy steps explaining how to help contribute to fire safety.

It was a good refresher, particularly re the the types of fire extinguishers and how to use them. Both presenters were excellent communicators - well done 😊

Excellent clear information giving with good visuals

This was a very thorough course on Fire Awareness but there was a lot of information to take in. I do not believe you could complete it in the allotted time. I don’t think I read or digest slowly but I had to replay some of the videos several times and revisit certain sections repeatedly. I now feel well informed though.
