The added subtitles made it much easier to follow and understand, especially as I am a deaf person. The breaking down of the information into categories and then subcategories meant that it did not appear so overwhelming and hard to follow.
I found the text easy to read and the videos easy to watch. It is good that you can go back and review. Overall it was very informative and taught me what i needed to know.

I liked listening to the training but it was slightly too long. Listening is by far better than having to read the training.
