It was very clear, concise and to the point. Lots of information, professionally put across. Easy to take the information in and to follow.

We have a staff team based across different buildings so using this programme enabled us to ensure that everyone had the same information. It is very clear and concise and therefore is useful as both a initial awareness and a refresher. For people who worry about the responsiblities in a fire this seemed to make them more confident. We used it together with the Fire Warden Programme and the feedback from staff was very positive.

Concise, to the point

The office environment requires flexible training solutions and to avoid over kill, the training was a little longer than anticipated but very useful

Effective training method, well designed, like the test concept

Overall, good quality. Sheer number of slides regarding fire extinguishers makes it difficult to recall breakdown of categories and they're effective usage. The usage videos were helpfull but the charts presented a lot of information in a small amount of time making it difficult to register ( again pertaining mainly to the 36 slide extinguisher section).

I thought this course was very well presented and the content was good and well produced!
