A first class system for training a large group of people and keeping a track of how the training is going. Some questions in the test at the end are rather ambiguous (for example; heat travels by convection but if you put that it gives a wrong answer). Make the questions more 'black and white' and you get 10/10 from me for your training media. Well Done!
I felt some of the info wasn't essential to my awareness of how to deal with a fire situation and therefore would have meant there was a bit less information to absorb
Standard ideas presented in a clear manor with videos of the items in action as well as pictures and words both spoken and written to support transfer of knowledge.
The training was comprehensive and whilst I got a few questions wrong in the test, it did make me reflect, think and learn!
Would have preferred listening rather than subtitles but thats my system not the programme.
A very usefull informative guide, that confirms common sense procedures, together with fire extinguisher information that is very important.
I lurned alot about fire an stuff. One of the wimmin in the pic about takin the roll call as got er eyes shut. Me mate never ad no traynin an he got dun for arson.
Presented in an easy to follow and understand way. Only issue was the fire officers voice was quite relative to the normal voice level.
Good clear material with regular checks of aspects covered throughout the course. Good preparation for test
It was absolutely great I completed it, organised an evacuation for a team of five. They are now watching the CD-ROM together. They shall then complete the questionnaire. The information was clear with great graphics.
