The programme was very well illustrated, informative and presented.

A good intro to fire The generic nature means I get a lot of what is relevant to my work environment and a chunk that is not.What we know we are usually ok with, it is what we don't know that we don't know that is the problem - it would be too easy to sit back thinking "Good, got that" without realising or thinking about application in one's worklace.

Help me to identify the hazards and how to react in case of fire, and help to bring our services users and my colleges to safty

Although very informative, I feel there was too much information to fully absorb at one sitting and wonder how much of this detail will be retained. The test only covered a very limited amount of the information.

Easy to understand but maybe a little bit long.

Nice to have a certificate and I feel better informed.

it was good that the test could be re-taken to improve the score after tripping up on a couple of questions

On the test it wasnt really clear that he held the nozzle of the co2 extinguisher to me, picture was too small. Also the answers were very sensative and when I moved the mouse over them to go to the one I wanted it clicked on the wrong answer, this happened at least twice and therefore has lowered my overall score.

very informative, easy to follow and straightforward to complete. I found it extremely helpful and understand my role and responsibilites better.
