It would appear that the programme has had a overhaul which means that the introdustion of videos and more visual elements makes the course more enjoyable and easier to learn from.

Very informative in an easily understandable format

Good material and well presented

The Fire Awareness Programme is devided in different steps that deal with different aspects of fire awareness. This stepwise approach makes it easy to absorp. Voice over is excellent with pleasent pace. In case you would like to redo a section, review is easily accomodated with forward, back, and replay buttons.

Good course, covering the basic essentials. Course did freeze at one stage but luck would have it once I had exited the programm and went back in the course had been saved.

A very relevant training programme, that will save lives - I learnt facts about fire I didnt know !!

One of the things with this programme is that i was able to fire and its aided destruction in a whole new way. The fire extinguishers which seemed nondescript materials lying the hallway have all but a new meaning and i reckon i will have learn a lot more to be ready for any event. Apart from this, the inputs from a senior firefighter are also valued.I would certainly reccommend this programme to all my colleagues and acquaintances.

This training programme was clear to follow with learning intentions well indicated and tested at the end of each section. I enjoyed the range of media used in explaining key points (videos, moving diagrams, interactive pages) and found the explanations gave just the right amount of detail and advice.

I would have liked a pause button on each page as I did this training in my office and had many interruptions and had to restart the entire page. other than that i found it excellent

The session on different types of fire extinguisher was very enlightening and it's important to know the differences.
