It's a good programme, would have been five stars if it progressed between screens and questions on the test a little faster. I found it irritating to keep pressing the continue button, when I had got the question correct. 20 years of doing these tests makes me quite confident of my answers. Frankly I despair of having to do this course/test each year, but I suppose it will come in useful when I have dementia. I have no idea how the hazard screens are meant to work, I thought I had to identify them. but I couldn't click on them, or drag the descriptions to them, all I could do was click on the descriptions and have them pointed out to me, which seemed pointless in improving my observation skills.
For busy employess this takes longer to complete than man handling and COSHH training. Definetly should not be any longer.
A very good investment of 45 minutes. Reminded me of a number of issues that you forget over the course of time that could well save your life or the lives of others. Highly recommend this to any company to ensure they meet their duty of care to their employees.
The questions all linked in easily with the information being given and I liked the police officer showing how to use the extinguisher's to make sure everything was clear.
I like the option that you can listen to it or read the subtitles.
It was really an opportunity to understand the causes and affect of fire and the proceeding of prevent and stay safe.
