Although having had Fire Safety Training in the past, you do tend to forget which extinguisher to use for which fire. This course is an excellent refresher, very clear and very easy to take part in.

It covered all the basics in a clear and comprehensive way. It was engaging and succinct without too much jargon. The mixture of presenter, demonstration video and images ensured concentration for short periods.

Clear concise training

The programme wasn't cluttered with too much information. The information given was generally commomn sense as well as being specific to fires in the workplace. I thought the calm way it was presented and the unhurried way in which the fireman tackled each fire took the sense of panic out of each possible scenario. It was reassuring to find out that I would know what to do in most situations.
