I found the training program both helpful & necessary with detailed views of the use of the equipment being excellent.

Training course is easy to follow, keeps explanations simple and runs through the natural progression from start of fire through its effects to controlling and extinguishing the fire.

The course was straight forward to follow and explained everything that was needed to know.

The training was very informative especially important was the different types of extinguisher available

Videos didn't work in some sections which mean't had to read subtitles which was awkward

As many of the clips did not work I relied on the subtitles, which was sufficient to pass the test. I was not impressed that the first few pages gave me error messages and this did not give me any confidence in the training programme.

I found the programme very informative, easy to follow and above all interesting 😊

I would like to be able to start with the test and only do the training if you fail the test.

The training was very easy to follow and understand. I found it very informative, I have a better know of fire now & tips to survive it!

I take notes as I go, I would advise others to this as it helps for the test at the end. Good demonstration of how to use fire extinguishers.
