It presents information in order in an interesting and memorable way, and tests retention well. I didn't like the sequences with the fire officer talking to camera. Otherwise an excellent programme and a nice experience

I was asked to complete the training by my company. When i first saw the listed arears i had to cover I thought it was going to be very time consuming but as I went through it i found it incredible interesting. I began noticing where different signs were in the building amd what fire extingishers were in our reception area.

The programme enlightened me of the awareness of fire safety procedures and was very imforative. ,

This is a very easy to follow training CD which allows you to move on at your own pace and gives you the information you need in easy to understand terms. Being able to print out the certificate at the end of the training was excellent in order to keep our Personal Development Plans up to date. This is a cost effective way of training staff and fits in with other workplace requirements perfectly.

It only took a short time to go through the training programme at the comfort of my desk. The information was easy to follow and the mixture of questions, videos and hazard finding was a great way to learn and, crucially, remember the information. I now know where the fire alarm point is, my safe route(s) out of the building, the location and type of our fire extinguishers and where the fire blanket is. I know how to keep our office safe from fire hazards, and would feel comfortable raising an alarm and tackling a fire if I thought it would only take one extinguisher to put it out!

I found this training dvd a good resource and liked how if I didnt hear a clip or pick it up i could relisten to just that clip and not the whole section. I found the trainig very intresting and informative

Easy to follow and understand, multiple choice question at the end of each section was a good way of knowing if you had understood the section.

Most informative, especially about the classes of fire and the type of extinguisher that can be used to put them out. I found the clear instructions on how to use all types of extinguishers very helpful and how they actually work on extinguishing the flames e.g.Carbon Dioxide drives the Oxygen out of the fire and smothers it. Most importantly the colour coding of the extinguishers and identifying and understanding the types of signs that are displayed around the workplace. A very useful training session!

The training programme was really easy to use and full of important relevant information. It was split up into sections and made it very user friendly. I liked the questions at the end of each section this was useful in assessing how much i had remembered.
