The videos help a lot to visualize how to operate in case of fire. The hints and personal experiences given or told in these videos help to understand the importance of fire awareness!
The course covered all areas of fire safety well. Not sure that I will remember sign categories, but I will be more aware of them. Equally I probably won't remember what the coloured bands on the fire extinguishers represent, but I will know to check the label for suitability
This course was as it said on the box. no thrills, to the point and precise.
