Slow and took ages over things that are either common sense or easily taken on board without spending ages on them. Half the time and more time looking at actual workplace would be better.

Easy course to follow with clear information. laid out in easy to understand logical order. key points being repeated at various stages of hte course.
I found the training very easy to navigate and very informative. I learnt a lot in the time allocated and feel I have a far greater understanding of the causes of fire and what I can do about it.

This program covers a lot of information about fire which is important, including signage, how to minimize the risk of fire, and what to do if a fire is discovered. I think all of this information is important, but I don't think that knowing the difference between conduction, convection and radiation is very important. Most people already understand the difference to begin with, but if they don't, it doesn't really matter to their survival.
Very interesting content, well presented and easy to follow. I learned a lot from this course.
