just excellent.
I thought the course was well presented, clear and informative in a in layman's terms. The fire officer who was talking in the video came across as knowledgeable and professional, brilliant delivery. The test at the end of the course required understanding and made you think, it was not a 'tick in the box'.Well Done to the team.Jay
I found this course very helpful. Beforehand I thought it might be all common sense and I have had training previously but I still learnt a lot. I got 100% in the test but then couldn't print the certificate, which was a bit of a let down!
Easy to understand
most of the information is common sense but always nice to be updated and reminded of work place policies.
