The training course was very well described with very nice videos which made it even more easier to understand plus remember. During my course my audio wasn't working but just the subtitles or good enough to take me through it and gain lots of information about fire awareness so I believe it is an outstanding training course.

Very comprehensive and simple to follow. Great to be able to do it at one's own convenience and to be able to break it up and resume where you had finished the last time. Picked up quite a few bits of information that I didn't know already. Really useful to be reminded of the basics; what to do and what not to do! I would certainly see the value of doing this course once a year.
