Very informative.
You never know when you may need to know some of the information you get from this course. IT COULD SAVE YOUR LIFE SO TAKE THE TIME TO DO IT.
As someone hard of hearing, It would be nice if the sound was at the same level throughout. Several sections, the sound dropped meaning I had to read the provided script. The Fireman was very quiet compared to the guy introducing the course.The course was well laid out, presentation good.

I found it too similar to fire safety and awareness with little progression. Repition is good but i did both cses back to back. First cse pretty much answers the questions in the second cse
