This training course is a very well source of information & knowledge about deal with fire , safety, obligations & preparedness to assess, to prevent & deal with situations of Hazard, Rusk or Danger. It was good refresher & a great reminder to the other courses about fire I have had & it was not tiring at all.
Very useful training with essential tactics which anyone can use not only at work but anywhere in case of fire.

It really helped me build a strong understanding on how I should act around a fire and how everyone would be evacuated safely with minimal risk to anyone or my own health inside the building. also helped me realise how important fire risks and other risks are to the workplace and the range of reasons on why I should be following these at all times.
Only one part that I found confusing. The terminology used for convection radiation etc Perhaps a shorter course for voluntary staff who don’t have the same responsibilities
