While important the course took almost an hour to impart what could have been articulated to the same end in 10 minutes.
A lot things are said and well explained. I just think it minimizes our individual day to day impact regarding our eating lifestyle. Our food consumption is not at all mentioned and is however fundamental and a cornerstone of sustainability.
