Presented succinctly, in chapters. Lots of thought provoking information provided, which could be related to all manner of workplaces and home environment. It has certainly encouraged me to improve my attitude to the subject!

An informative course, I really liked the fact that our impact on the environment was crunched into numbers, truly shocking. This course was very well delivered.
