The course was informative and got some good information across in a short space of time, but the sounds did not work properly on a few of the slides which meant the information wasn't as clear as it should have been. (This is not a problem with the equipment here, most of the slides worked perfectly but a few did not have audio).
This course would have received a higher rating had I been able to access it with sound on all slides. In Section 1 the Overview did not have any sound. In Section 3 the Overview did not have any sound, and neither did slides 1/4 and 3/4, which represents 60% of that section. Initially I thought it may be my computer, but then it cam on again on the subsequent slides. This could do with looking at please. The content itself was generally good.

Did explain well the risks of electrical equipment and there use.
I had looked at this thinking I would only get Maintenance Staff to view it but having seen it now I think I will get all staff to view this as well.
great training but might be missing something on PPE in order to protect employees of shock and other consequences of electrical incidents (we do have anti-static shoes as well as a Sole mate station at work)
