The course was informative and got some good information across in a short space of time, but the sounds did not work properly on a few of the slides which meant the information wasn't as clear as it should have been. (This is not a problem with the equipment here, most of the slides worked perfectly but a few did not have audio).

This course would have received a higher rating had I been able to access it with sound on all slides. In Section 1 the Overview did not have any sound. In Section 3 the Overview did not have any sound, and neither did slides 1/4 and 3/4, which represents 60% of that section. Initially I thought it may be my computer, but then it cam on again on the subsequent slides. This could do with looking at please. The content itself was generally good.

Did explain well the risks of electrical equipment and there use.

iam qualified in electrical city n guilds 17th edition , and gas service , fault finding engineer . so to me very boring to do .

Too long winded for those people who just switch the kettle and computer on

I turned the sound off and just used subtitles - it was much easier to understand and the distracting and slow animations didn't get in the way.You need to spell check it. Something like "Eletrical" was missing a C.
