AS WE ALL KNOW CLIMATE CHANGE IS THE TOPIC OF CONVERSATION RIGHT NOW ,SO THE COURSE HAS GIVEN ME A FEW IDEAS HOW TO TAKE PRECAUTION AND IN A WAY HOW TO DEAL WITH IT
I found it a useful course, but more visual aids would be good rather than watching someone stand and talk to the camera. It was slightly distracting.
Useful tool for our employees working in potential dangerous areas/atmospheres.

I found it very difficult to follow the course due to the poor diction of the presenter, in fact, the only way I could follow it was to switch on the transcript. All of the courses prior to this one have been excellent to follow, but this one? Sorry, but very disappointed with the presentation - content very good, as usual.
I find all the training subjects very well presented ,easy to understand and a great help for every day work situations .
