Even though I had completed the course, I had to keep resuming to complete the course. Even as I'm writing this, I'm not sure if the software thinks I have completely finished.
The course appeared easy to use I followed all the steps but because I was answering a question at the end of each section missed the test as I thought I had completed it Was not aware until the team contacted me to highlight it

don't see the point of this. a sheet with the obvious is what I am used to doing.
The content of this program is very basic, I would be quite shocked if employees did not already know the majority of the content. However, it covers everything you could think of, and may highlight some issues with office equipment and layout.
Trial and error to get on the course, kept getting a message saying there was an error. Once I contacted the IT department and they installed flash drive it was fine, however I still had no sound throughout the course and had to complete it by reading the subtitles.
