I have done many of these Elearning trainings through out my career - but this was by far the best DSE training
All fine, clear and not too long.
The course has given me a better understand of what I am doing right and wrong with regards to my posture, duration sitting at my desk and the stretches to do to help. The 20-20 system and taking breaks more regularly have definitely helped

Good. Easy to understand and follow. Good use of visual examples going beyond the usual training. Explained the purpose of the each aspect and would be good to have an annual reminder / repeater course. Or a visual handout to refer to.
