Took 45 minutes to complete, could be slimed down to 15 mins and have all the relevant information. Thought the 1st section was great videos explaining how to set up your chair and DSE equipment, but found it quiet repetitive and towards the end you start to forget what you have learnt. The video showing people playing "table tennis" in their break is quiet misleading when the vocal was talking about a break been a different "working task and not a break" and not a common feature of many offices.
I enjoyed this training and have taken steps to correct my posture errors etc and will speak with my manager regarding issues I cannot fix by myself.

videos were clear - reference to remote working encouraged me to view course in preview mode. More reference to link with risk assessment - and means to review and deal with issues. No reference to disability or special needs - again more diversity in your video as not everyone is young and athletic.
