Might be easier and quicker if at start you tick.... if you sit down or stand up only, if you use on or two screens, if you work from home or shared office and therefore reduce overall length of course and questions tailored to individual type usersPaul

I found this course very useful to ensure my desk is set up correctly so I sit and stand with a good posture in order to prevent muscle, strains, injuries etc.

Very informative information
As you know, becasue I've said it repeatedly, the video element of these courses is an absurd waste of time - why can't we have the (excellent) content available as a PDF? Why do we have to waste so much time clicking buttons and watching slow, banal read-outs of text that can be read in a fraction of the time? PLEASE make the videos optional.
This would be a good course if the video element was optional. Aas it is, it is a huge waste of time, a really poor learning experience and utterly infurating. I hate these videos. PLEASE make them optional.
