The course was well put together and gave you a good understanding of what was required and how to ensure you are kept as safe as possible when using DSE.

Some really good tips/reminders presented in a clear and informative manner. Very useful given how long/often we now work from home ! It's caused me to think more about posture, equipment location/suitability....and even to make some changes.

This is probably the most effectively presented DSE training module that I have accessed in 20 years
