I enjoy this type of training as i can do it when i feel like it , also the visual as well as verbal content is good and to the point . The fact that if i don't understand a part or loose my concentration i can replay it to more fully understand it .

I used to be a DSE assessor in a previous ‘life’ and this course served a reminder plus showed me updated information. Worth while doing it, even if you think you know it all.
I did FSE training a long time ago in a different ‘life”, so this course updated what knowledge I had plus gave me information I didn’t know about.
A really interesting reminder of how important it is to maintain a good posture and take breaks. Well presented in easy to watch videos.
