This is a necessary course to take especially when using DSE on a daily basis including using your own equipment phones and tablets etc... This course makes you aware of correct posture and includes exercises to complete throughout your day to manage the stresses of daily uses.
Very interesting points raised with regard to position of screens/keyboards etc and good to see the exercises to do and why we should do them.
The course was aimed correctly for the workforce. Informative and not patronising. British production helped to make it feel relevant.
