The training has been very helpful as it made me realise my desk was facing a window with bright light. Also my posture was not the right posture so from the DSE guideline i will get a suitable chair. The material was really helpful.

Normally not a fan of online courses but I found this really useful and thought provoking - it was easy to follow and made me think about my posture and how I use screens. Presenters very good and pitched just right. My only disappointment was only getting 19/20.
Really clear course, they make the guidance memorable, such as the 20-20-20 rule. A good reminder on how to look after yourself at work.

As with all of these nanny state box ticking procedures i found it to be an utter waste of time and as i suspected common sense was all that was needed in answering the questions.
