Better than usual training courses, this one is broken down into short videos with engaging and realistic presenters, good quality content (not all obvious or patronising). Surprisingly enjoyable for a work training course. I learned some new things and was reminded of good practice, so overall effective, useful and a decent use of time and resources.

It is good to have these training videos as although you think you know how to use the DSE correctly, it is good to be reminded and to recheck you are doing it correctly.
