Very easy to understand and the course made me realise that I have just been 'managing' whilst working at home in terms of table space, breaks, and suitable equipment. I am aware of my posture however taking breaks has not been consistent. Will be taking on board the tips given Thanks again
I found this course to be clear and informative. I am now more aware of my posture while seated or standing at my work station and the need for regular brief breaks to keep moving before I feel tired. Thank you to those who have conveyed this message, a job well done!

I really enjoyed this course! The training is done in a simple and clear way for anyone to understand. I enjoyed doing the exercises to rest and relax my body while sitting or standing at my work desk. I don't need to feel guilty getting up for a cup of tea or a quick dance around my room (to music I'm listening to) on a regular basis remembering to move before I feel tired!! Even now as I type this I am more aware of my posture and how I am seated in front of the computer screen. Thank you for the information shown on this course, it has greatly helped me.
This was excellant, clear speaking, love the live people and demonstrations, the visuals great, easy to engage and listen. Loved the exercise stretching tips. Great to go at your own pace and dip in and out of the session. Easy to access. Great resource and training, loved it! Thank you
