Good to see remote working and stress included, useful stretches too. Shame we don't have pingpong tables in the office and that we are moving to hotdesking!

Before I started I was concerned that the course would be slow however in fact it was well paced and helpful.

The course was well presented, useful and easy to follow

Loved that it was well broken down into sections making it easier to understand. The fact it is set out in 28 video also over a short period of time is very helpful to and easy to process the information.

I found this course very informative and thought the way it was delivered in bitesize chunks very helpful to understand.

The information was good and clear and concise hence 100% pass mark

Good on stretches and posture and screen set up.

it made me think a lot about my posture in particular & has reminded me to correct my posture as well as going for a walk to stretch my legs

I would recommend this for anyone seating long term on an office desk

I like iHASCO training as they are easy to use and the questions as you go along help you to understand some things which you might miss.
