very relevant for work, but also home office
The DSE course covers everything needed to ensure that all operators are comfortable while using their keyboard and screen as well as any other portable equipment they may use in the course of their work. This avoids problems with the back, the eyes and also the arms, wrists and legs.

I literally didn't watch any of it.
Would have scored it 5 stars but I felt the film 'clips' could have been longer (grouped together) and therefore less of them
Course points out clearly the importance of good posture , how to maintaine this and easy exercises on how to prevent strains and muscular problems. It covers desktop PC's, laptops and mobile phones . It also gives out additional, useful information which can be downloaded . I highly recommend this course for anybody who sits in front of a PC all day.
